Nucleophilic addition of secondary heterocyclic amines (morpholine, piperidine, and piperazine) to the double or triple bond of (E)-1,5-diarylpent-2-en-4-yn-1-ones is controlled by the kinetic and thermodynamic factor, respectively. The regioselectivity of the addition of piperazine to these enynones is determined by the substituent nature in the benzene rings. Conjugated ketones with electron-donating substituents take up piperazine molecule at the double bond, and those with electron-withdrawing groups, at the triple bond. 相似文献

A study of the Li2FeSiO4/C cathode material doped with Mn demonstrated that introduction of polymethyl methacrylate results in a substantial decrease in the particle size and increase in the specific surface area of the cathode material. Polymethyl methacrylate strongly improves the cyclic stability of the cathode material. Well‐defined ultrathin nanotubes (30 nm in diameter and of micrometer‐scale length) were generated through the self‐assembly of a novel alternative copolymer synthesized using an epoxy–thiol click‐chemistry reaction. The self‐assembly mechanism was investigated both by experiments and using dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) simulations. Biomedical applications of nontoxic amorphous calcium carbonate (ACC) nanoparticles have mainly been restricted because of their aqueous instability. To improve their stability in physiological environments while retaining their pH‐responsiveness, a novel nanoreactor of ACC–doxorubicin (DOX)@silica was developed for drug delivery for use in cancer therapy. As a result of its rationally engineered structure, this nanoreactor maintains a low drug leakage in physiological and lysosomal/endosomal environments, and responds specifically to pH 6.5 to release the drug. This unique ACC–DOX@silica nanoreactor releases DOX precisely in the weakly acidic microenvironment of cancer cells and results in efficient cell death, thus showing its great potential as a desirable chemotherapeutic nanosystem for cancer therapy. 相似文献
